The soft gourmet almogrote has the texture of a pâté made with cured fat cheese. It is produced in an artisan way, following the typical recipe of La Gomera, which indicates that after the crushing of all the ingredients, it is packed in glass jars of 220g, since they are packed with regulated temperatures and with the pasteurization process. It is reddish orange in colour, with a characteristic aroma of medium intensity and durability and a creamy texture. It is ready to eat but it is recommended that it be stirred before use and stored in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, but once opened it should be kept cold.
The ingredients are: cured fat cheese (milk), sunflower oil, granulated garlic, capsicum (Capsicum annuum), antioxidant: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate, natural flavouring, colouring agent: paprika extract, mild paprika extract.
