In its production we respect some old rum making practices, such as ageing one of the best rums for seven years, as well as using local and natural products, without herbicides or pesticides. It has a characteristic orange colour and a honey and caramel aroma. In the mouth it has a caramel flavour with hints of sourness. It is a rum made from two other rums of the house, the 7-year reserve and the honey-aged, this combination has achieved a unique rum ideal for drinking on its own and at any time of the year.
