It comes in a 300 g glass jar with an airtight seal and the sanitary conditions in force. The honey tends to be transparent or very light amber when it is not very thick, when it crystallises it turns white, with beige notes. Its consistency is creamy, and it has a mild flavour and a light floral aroma with pleasant aromatic-balsamic nuances. Its aroma is not very intense and above all it is vegetal, light, floral at times and very warm. This Tajinaste honey goes very well with goat's cheese, with the kneaded gofio typical of the Canary Islands or as a dressing for some salads. It is a 100% natural product, free of pesticides and herbicides, of local origin, and the bees are treated with extreme care to produce it.
