The production process of Talisca Ecofruit passion fruit jam is completely handmade. They have developed a unique process for separating the pulp and seeds, thus achieving a much finer and more pleasant jam. After the separation process, organic sugar and a pinch of agar-agar are added and then cooked for the time necessary to maximise both the smell and taste of the fruit. Each jar of jam is guaranteed to contain at least 55% fresh fruit, which, together with everything else, gives it the homemade flavour that characterises this passion fruit jam.
