In its elaboration we respect some old practices, the manual harvest, selected from the best clusters at the optimum ripeness, then we proceed to its fermentation and maceration, finally it is left in French and American oak barrels for six months before proceeding to its bottling. It has an intense garnet red colour, with a frank and elegant aroma of gunpowder, black liquorice and spices, all of which combine in a saline and very mineral note. In the mouth it is a fresh, pleasant, round and tasty wine, with a sensation of wood grains, black ash, cocoa and a fluid passage. It goes very well with any type of dish.
