In its elaboration we respect some old practices, the manual harvest, selected from the best clusters at the optimum ripeness, then we proceed to its fermentation and maceration, finally it is left in French oak barrels for seven months before proceeding to its bottling. Of an intense red colour, with an aroma marked by very ripe black fruit, spices and minerality, it also has latent notes of eucalyptus, liquorice and a violet finish. In the mouth you can feel the body when tasting, and a great flavour with sweet notes, sweet tannins and a fineness of the wood marking a bitterness as soft as elegant.
