Mojo de Cilantro is a star product in Canarian gastronomy. The Mojos Guachinerfe recipe offers an intense flavour, which makes it the perfect accompaniment to the typical ribs stewed with potatoes and millet.
Perfect with fish, as a salad dressing. This sauce offers great versatility and multiple applications.
Ingredients: sunflower oil, 10% coriander, water, WINE VINEGAR (CONTAINS SULPHITES), garlic, salt, spices, thickener: xanthan gum, preservative: potassium sorbate, acidifier: citric acid, colouring agents: E100 and E131. Once opened, keep in the refrigerator (5ºC).
Guachinerfe's spicy Mojo Picón made with ingredients from the Canary Islands is ideal for combining with vegetables, seafood and white fish. Its exquisite green colour gives a very special touch to any dish. Of vegetable origin without pesticides or herbicides and 100% native to the Canary Islands, they are sold in 200g glass jars with all the sanitary measures.

Ingredients:
Sunflower oil, red peppers, water, wine vinegar, hot red pepper, garlic, salt, paprika, spices, thickener (xanthan gum), preservative (potassium sorbate), acidifier (citric acid) and colouring (paprika extract).
Sitio Malvasía is made from 100% of a type of grape whose name is Malvasía Aromática and which is native to the islands. Its straw yellow colour is clean and bright and has an aroma of tropical fruits and citrus fruits. It is a wine whose pairing favours crustaceans and fish, as well as all kinds of white meats, rice and pasta (as long as these do not contain vinaigrettes).
The grapes are harvested by hand and the grapes are selected from the best bunches at the optimum ripening point. It is also aged on fine lees in barrels for four months. Straw yellow in colour, it is clean and bright, and has an aroma of tropical fruits and citrus fruits with hints of white flowers (orange blossom). In the mouth it is fresh and fruity, with a medium structure and a good passage in the mouth with a long finish. The wine El Sitio Malvasía has the D.O. Canary Islands. It is made in Tacoronte (Tenerife) with grapes from the Finca San Juan estate in the same municipality.
The Julieta Negra gluten-free beer was born from the search for a gluten-free beer for the daughter of the brewery's owner, who has had coeliac disease since the age of five and whose name is Julieta. It is also the first gluten-free black beer in Spain. These are special beers, brewed in ale style, which differentiate them from the other gluten-free beers that dominate the market. It has a fresher taste and a natural carbonation.

Almogrote is one of the most characteristic gastronomic exponents of La Gomera, with 100% natural and autochthonous products from the Canary Islands, it is the pâté of cured goat's cheese to spread on bread, toast, arepas, potatoes, etc....
The almogrote has the texture of a pâté made with cured fatty cheese. It is produced in a traditional way, following the typical recipe of La Gomera, which indicates that after the crushing of all the ingredients, it is packed in 200 g glass jars, as they are packaged with regulated temperatures and pasteurisation process. It is reddish orange in colour, with a characteristic aroma of medium intensity and durability and a creamy texture. It is ready to eat but it is recommended that it be stirred before use and stored in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, but once opened it should be kept cold.
