La Finca wine is made with 50% of two types of grapes, Vijariego Negro and Syrah, which are native to the Canary Islands. Its colour is cherry red with violet tones and it has a highly intense fruity aroma. It is a wine whose pairing is sublime with all kinds of grilled meats and all kinds of cheeses.
The grapes are harvested by hand and the grapes are selected from the best bunches at the optimum ripening point. The wine is aged in Bordeaux French oak barrels for nine months. Cherry red in colour with violet tones, it is accompanied by a high intensity fruity aroma (red fruits) with a delicate mineral touch. In the mouth it is full-bodied and persistent with an enveloping tenacity. The wine El Yanes Baboso Negro has the D.O. Canary Islands. It is made in Tacoronte (Tenerife) with grapes from the San Juan Estate in the same municipality.
Typical Canarian sauce for seasoning and enriching meat, fish, vegetable and stew dishes, among others.
It is a concentrate, which is consumed directly or oil and vinegar can be added according to the consumer's taste.

Mojo Picón Picante Gourmet is one of our most tasty and renowned sauces. A delicacy for those looking for a mojo with authentic Canarian flavour to accompany and enrich gourmet dishes.
Ingredients:
Water, capsicum (Capsicumannuum), olive oil, wine vinegar (contains sulphites), ground garlic,modified starch, salt,ground cumin, thickener: xanthan gum;natural flavouring and colouring: paprika extract and hot paprika extract.
The spicy gourmet almogrote is a typical pâté from La Gomera, handmade following the original recipe from La Gomera with fatty cured goat's cheese. It has a creamy texture. Its colour is between orange and red. Its smell is of medium intensity and durability.
It is a handmade product, following the original Gomeran recipe.
It is perfect for spreading on bread, toast, arepas, potatoes, etc.
After crushing and mixing all the ingredients, it is packaged in the presentation format.

Platé Blanco Afrutado is a delicious alcoholic drink made from Canary Island Bananas I.G.P., which are selected one by one to obtain a product of exceptional quality. You will be surprised by its flavour and aromas. Just as wine is obtained from the alcoholic fermentation of the grapes, we obtain PLATÉ from the Canary Island bananas. The production process is the same as that used to make wine from grapes, obtaining a drink with similar characteristics. Platé is not a liqueur, as we do not add distilled spirits and we do not add artificial flavours or colourings.
In its elaboration we respect some old practices, the removal of the banana peels to prepare a fruit liqueur. The result of the liqueur is fermented at low temperature and then filtered, finally it is bottled. Of a bright pale yellow colour, it has a very tropical fruity aroma (peach, pineapple, guava, passion fruit), together with other fruit varieties (apples, bananas). In the mouth it is sweet but not to the extreme, it has a floral touch in some nuances which takes us to tropical areas. It is a very fresh and light wine that goes very well with appetizers, raw fish (such as sushi), smoked fish, rice dishes, salads and desserts.
Mojo verde is a high quality sauce, made from 100% natural vegetables, without pesticides, herbicides or preservatives and with local products. It is ideal to accompany any dish, but especially the typical dishes of the islands.
The mojo verde de mojos Virginia is a cold sauce although it can also be heated, being the perfect accompaniment for meat, fish, potatoes, stews, soups, pulses and also for spreading on bread, toast, sandwiches, sandwiches, pizza, etc. In this case, the mojo suave is characterised by its delicate flavour that is irresistible to the most select palates, and by its spectacular green colour. Based on vegetables 100% produced on the island of La Palma and free of pesticides and herbicides.
The Artisan Indian Tuno Jam is made with natural products, without herbicides or pesticides and of completely local origin, although this type of cactus was traditionally used by Native Americans as a sweetener, our ancestors brought it to the islands and have continued to harvest it ever since. The natural fruit content in the handmade jam is 60%, plus organic lemon juice as a natural preservative.
Made from Indian figs, organic cane sugar, lemon and pectin, the jam is perfect for cakes and pastries, goes well with foie gras, adds colour and goes surprisingly well with cheese boards. It is 100% handmade and has a flavour and aroma that reminds us of the Canarian culinary tradition. The fruits come from island fields and are harvested at just the right point to extract their best nutritional qualities and guarantee their full flavour.
Tirma Vacuum-packed Organic Natural Coffee is one of the best blended coffees available in Gran Canaria. It is made using traditional techniques when harvesting and processing the Arabica coffee beans, which are also 100% organic.
Vacuum-packed Organic Natural Coffee is the perfect coffee for the most discerning palates, it is suitable for vegetarians, vegans and is suitable for diabetics. Natural Organic coffee is characterised by its delicious natural flavour, which is still maintained to this day, and this is because the whole process is carried out in a traditional way, starting with the selection and harvesting of the Arabica coffee beans until they are roasted and ground or finally packaged. A cool, dry environment without direct exposure to light is recommended, and temperatures should not exceed 30ºC for a long period of time.

With 100% natural products of autochthonous origin, it is the beer with the most character of all, with a brewing process 50% longer than the rest, which gives it a fuller and more intense flavour, and with a characteristic balance that makes it the perfect companion for meat and fish dishes. Dorada especial roja has been one of the best-performing beers, winning the gold medal in the Vienna Lager category and first place nationally in that variety. It is the recognition of the effort and the beautiful varieties of the Canary Islands.

The classic scones with an exquisite aniseed flavour, enjoy their traditional recipe made without lactose, egg or nuts, perfect for vegans and vegetarians and with extreme care with the allergens mentioned. Its ingredients are: wheat flour type "00", sugar, vegetable margarine, lemon zest, ammonium bicarbonate, raising agents E4501, E50011, aniseed, flavouring and preservative E202.
This sweet is handmade following the traditional recipe, which has been impressively maintained over time (so it may contain allergens). The key to its flavour is the correct selection of the best raw material, its ingredients are 100% natural, without pesticides or herbicides.
It is an artisanal dark brown sweet with an exquisite aroma and flavour. Fig jam is recommended for use with grilled cheese, or spread on toast for a good breakfast, and can even be used in confectionery to fill cakes and other sweets. The caramelised almond with gofio is made by frying the almonds with sugar to caramelise them and then sprinkling them with gofio. It is a snack full of protein and energy thanks to the almonds and gofio.
It is recommended to keep in a cool, dry place, isolated from the ground and sunlight. Once opened, keep in the fridge.
Ingredients: Natural almond skin, sugar, sunflower oil, corn gofio, dehydrated garlic, salt and spices.
Platé canary banana vinegar has a fruity taste and a slight sweetness. Its content of Canary Island banana pulp is at least 20% of the recipe, which gives it a spectacular natural taste.
Committed to industrial development on the islands, they encourage local consumption and the use of fresh raw materials provided by the archipelago, and this is how they differentiate themselves from the competition. The banana vinegar is made from the juice of the Canarian banana, which undergoes alcoholic fermentation and then acetic fermentation. Finally it is bottled in beautiful 250ml glass bottles. It should be noted that Platé banana vinegar does not contain fat, gluten or any animal products, which makes it suitable for vegetarians and vegans, nor does it contain added artificial flavours or colours as everything is intended to be 100% natural. It does contain sulphites as it has undergone alcoholic fermentation.
