Ave del Paraíso is based on a traditional recipe that combines the innovative. It follows the traditional steps in gin making but includes the distillates of juniper and sweet potato which is quite innovative when it comes to making gins.

Ave del Paraíso was born in a family winery in the south of the island of Lanzarote, in the village of Uga. La Graja IPA is born from the search for a beer that transmits the rawness of the long journeys from London to India. It is an interpretation of the traditional IPA beer, it preserves the high fermentation, the pale colour and a greater contribution of hops and citrus fruits. All this makes it a rough beer, strong, resistant, with a touch of bitterness and a medium alcohol content accompanied by intense aromas of tropical and citrus fruits.

Cervezas Isla Verde was born in 2009, when the Polish Jolanta Klimaszeska could no longer cope with the beer ideas she had in her head. The history of IPA beers goes back to the 18th century when troops and civilians wanted alcohol but the London voyage to India meant that the beers would expire before they reached their destination. It was proposed to increase the alcohol content so that the beer would last. The Rook is also a reinterpretation of the IPA, retaining the high fermentation, the pale colour and a higher hop and citrus content. All this makes for a strong, tough, hardy beer with a hint of bitterness and a medium alcohol content accompanied by intense tropical and citrus fruit aromas. It goes very well with spicy or spicy dishes, fatty foods and meat in any of its forms.

Gofio bars with banana and coconut. Gofio is a Canarian product that has been part of the gastronomy and food of the Canary Islands for hundreds of years.

In this case, banana and coconut have been added to the traditional gofio of the islands to give a rich flavour to the gofibar bars. The combination of these three flavours leaves an exquisite taste and is also a very healthy way of snacking while waiting for a meal.  Its traditional production method has been passed down from generation to generation, which has made it possible for it to be the second most popular food product on the islands, after the banana, both inside and outside the archipelago.
