About Pure Legacy
The creators of Puro Legado use the millet of Lanzarote as a base, but not just any millet, but the specific plantation found in the Molina de José María Gil, an artisan mill from the 19th century, which is also part of the historical heritage of Lanzarote. In this way the gofio cream is made from zero kilometre millet, toasted and ground by hand in the village of San Bartolomé. In doing so, they value the island's fields, which is why they take care of the farmer and the raw material, as they are aware that without them their product would not exist.
