In its elaboration we respect some old practices such as the maceration in open lockers and fermentation in old oak casks. It has a nice red colour and is made from a fusion of grapes, among them is the Vijariego Negro of Herreño origin, the other grapes are from Anaga, that is to say, they are of Tenerife origin. It has a fresh and deep aroma, with a medium body, this wine is characterised by being very expressive and original as it has been matured in oak barrels for six months.
