In its production we respect some old rum making practices, such as the ageing of one of the best rums in American oak barrels for twelve years, as well as the use of local and natural products, without herbicides or pesticides. It has a characteristic mahogany colour with golden highlights, accompanied by a complex aroma of nuts, wood and vanilla. It is round and delicate on the palate, leaving a pleasant sensation of well-being when drunk.
