The package consists of first quality sea salt from the salt mines of Fuencaliente in La Palma. Coarse salt is commonly used throughout the gastronomy of La Palma in the preparation of its great variety of typical dishes, as well as by the industries of La Palma to transform their final products (bakeries and pastry shops, meats, fish, mojos, cheeses, etc.). This is different because it is mixed with different typical Canarian products such as mojos or almogrote. This combination gives a different and renewed touch to the traditional dishes to which it is added.
