In its elaboration we respect some old practices the manual harvest, selected from the best bunches at the optimum ripeness, with a light pressing of the whole bunch to obtain a fresh and light base, then we use the Méthode Traditionnelle Champenoise method with an ageing on lees of at least 18 months. This is a wine with no added sugar (Brut Nature). Yellow in colour with beautiful greenish reflections, it is accompanied by an aroma of white fruits (green apple), citrus fruits and almonds. In the mouth it is light, fresh, reminiscent of the fruit flavour, with subtle notes of pastry due to the ageing on lees, it is a very elegant wine,
