In its elaboration we respect some old practices, the manual harvest, selected from the best clusters at the optimum ripeness, to then proceed to the press where the must is obtained, which is left fermenting in steel tanks where it remains in contact with the lees, to finish with the bottling. Pale yellow in colour with greenish reflections, it has a good medium aromatic intensity where primary aromas predominate as well as others due to the ageing on the lees. In the mouth it has a mineral character with soft acidity notes, a certain bitterness and a surprising salinity.
