Its straw yellow colour is clean and bright and has an aroma of tropical fruits and citrus fruits. The grapes are harvested by hand and the grapes are selected from the best bunches at the optimum ripening point. It is also aged on fine lees in barrels for four months. Straw yellow in colour, it is clean and bright, and has an aroma of tropical fruits and citrus fruits with hints of white flowers (orange blossom). In the mouth it is fresh and fruity, with a medium structure and a good passage in the mouth with a long finish. The wine El Sitio Malvasía has the D.O. Canary Islands. It is made in Tacoronte (Tenerife) with grapes from the Finca San Juan estate in the same municipality.
