In its elaboration we respect some old practices that allow us to make the most of the virtues of the islands, because having been formed by volcanic eruptions its soil is immensely rich in minerals, besides, as it rises more than 1200 metres above sea level and is cooled by the breezes of the trade winds, the natural climate is perfect for a high quality viticulture. Of a light straw yellow colour, wrapped in greenish tones, it has a very powerful aroma, on a slightly smoky background with pleasant floral notes and aromas of pineapple, apple, fennel and forest. In the mouth it is fresh and smooth with a balanced acidity.
