In its elaboration we respect some old practices, the manual harvest, selected from the best clusters at the optimum ripeness, then it was taken to the winery where it remained for 24 hours in a cold room, the resulting must began fermentation with the winery's own yeasts, the process was stopped in the middle by a quick cooling and then it was bottled. Made with 100% natural products, without pesticides or herbicides.
Straw yellow in colour with an aroma of white fruits (pineapple) and a floral finish. In the mouth it is a pleasant and fresh wine, with a well-balanced acidity and fruity sweetness.
