It is straw yellow in colour, with beautiful golden hues, has a medium-high intensity in aroma, with a subtle scent of citrus fruit (orange peel) and tropical (passion fruit, mango), with subtle notes of flowers (orange blossom, jasmine), fennel and other complex aromas. The palate is full-bodied, with a long, unctuous passage and a very marked natural acidity.
