In its elaboration we respect some old practices, the manual harvest, selected from the best clusters at the optimum ripeness, then we proceed to its fermentation and maceration, finally it is left in barrels for months until its bottling. It has a yellow colour with greenish glints and a sweet aroma with hints of stone fruits, making it a spectacular wine. In the mouth it shows a resounding elegance and a subtlety that characterises the crater wines, it is a white wine that goes very well with any dish for its tasting.
