In its elaboration we respect some old practices: manual harvesting, selected from the best bunches at the optimum ripening point, a destemming process where the grapes are selected berry by berry and a cold maceration is started in order to extract all its aromatic potential. Pale yellow colour with soft golden reflections and a great aromatic complexity where the aromas of fruits (passion fruit, lychee, mango, peach, etc...) and white flowers (jasmine, orange blossom, etc...) are combined with the subtle notes of the barrel ageing. In the mouth it is intense, oily, unctuous and well-balanced, with a well-marked acidity that makes it fresh and lengthens the aftertaste in which the notes of the barrel ageing are subtly expressed.
