The grapes are harvested by hand and the grapes are selected from the best bunches at the optimum ripening point. The wine is aged in Bordeaux French oak barrels for ten months. With a high quality, intense cherry colour, it is accompanied by a bouquet of ripe black fruits, violets, a mineral background and a touch of spices, which makes it very complex.
