Product Details
The vineyards are located in the municipality of Vilaflor at about 1400 meters above sea level which gives a unique taste to the wines, for its production we respect some old practices of manual harvesting, selected from the best clusters at optimum ripeness, to proceed to maceration and bottling. For the Blanc de Noir wine variety, the must is separated from the red grapes, as the pulp of the grape is usually colourless and it is from the skin of the grape that the colour is extracted. Afterwards, a controlled pressing is carried out, which avoids the diffusion of the colouring agents and so it remains as a white wine. It has a steely red colour, clean and bright, with a peach aroma and a marked mineral character. It is fresh but intense in the mouth, but above all it is well balanced.
