Product Details
The vineyards are located in the municipality of Guía de Isora, more specifically in the town of Alcalá where the Hotel is situated at about 40 metres above sea level, which gives a unique flavour to the wines. For its production we respect some old practices of manual harvesting, selecting the best clusters at optimum ripeness, to proceed to maceration and bottling. With a characteristic colour and a perfect aroma, it is a perfect wine to taste while looking at the beautiful views from the hotel room, which are not only of the island of Tenerife but you can also see the island of La Gomera from the hotel itself.
