Fruity White Wine - Viña Zanata 75cl

The Viña Zanata wine collection belongs to the bodega Viña La Guancha and has the P.D.O. Ycoden-Daute-Isora. The centenary vineyards of the five types of grapes are on volcanic soil, located from 700 to 1000 metres of altitude. For its elaboration we respect some old practices, the manual harvest, selected from the best clusters at the optimum ripeness, then we proceed to its cold pre-fermentative maceration for twelve hours. Finally, it is fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperature to obtain a greater aromatic potential, typical of its varieties, before bottling. Pale yellow in colour, with floral and fruity aromas. In the mouth it is fruity, fresh, light and with a balanced acidity.
